Noritake releases new Colorwave collection to Australian market

[Wed 28/07/2010 08:41:27]

Noritake has unveiled its highly anticipated Colorwave collection to Australian retailers, releasing the versatile range of stoneware in three colours of graphite, blue and raspberry and positioning the new collection at a price range accessible to most consumers.

“Colorwave has been Noritake’s top selling casual dining range in the US market, hence the spelling, for a number of years now,” explains Steven Yeend of Noritake Australia.

“Now in 2010, Australian retailers get their opportunity to experience the Colorwave phenomenon.”

The new Colorwave collection features tactile, creamy surfaces contrasted with solid matt exteriors.

“On close inspection one will notice straight away how fine the Colorwave stoneware is, not ‘chunky’ like so many other generic stoneware ranges,” Yeend says.

“This means it is just as comfortable when put out on the table for formal dining occasions as it is being used everyday as a breakfast set.”

The Colorwave collection comes in classic gift boxes and can be purchased individually or in sets.

Matching kitchen accessories and bake ware items are also available and pieces are dishwasher, microwave, oven and freezer safe.

“Retailer response to our contemporary Colorwave range has been very positive,” Yeend says.

“We expect that as retailers and consumers become more widely aware of Colorwave and its many great attributes, this product will quickly become a best seller in Australia too.”
