Unfortunately most of this year has been all about Covid-19 and for small businesses it has been quite the challenge.
As more and more restrictions were implemented and we entered our first lockdown, many businesses had to temporarily close their doors including retail stores, restaurants, cafes and bars. While supporting measures such JobKeeper and JobSeeker were introduced, businesses still saw their profits and sales go into freefall and they had to do something quick to make sure they would survive this pandemic.
